Warranty and Return Policy
Any product being returned because it has been determined to be defective will be either replaced or repaired. See our Warranty Policy. In the event that the incorrect product was ordered, the buyer must contact the QCI Customer Service to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of the date the product was shipped. The product must be returned in its original packaging. QCI will test the unit to validate that it is being returned in its original ("new") state. A 25% restocking/evaluation fee will be charged for all non-warranty returns. QCI reserves the right to deny credit for damaged or used products. All returns are FOB QCI San Dimas.
