The SilverNugget™ N2-IX is a servo motor controller/driver designed to operate QCI’s line of NEMA 17 and NEMA 23 frame I-Grade, high torque, direct drive, hybrid servo motors through a single motor interface cable carrying both motor power and encoder feedback.
The SilverNugget™ N2-IX is a servo motor controller/driver designed to operate QCI’s lines of NEMA 17 and NEMA 23 frame I-Grade, high torque, direct drive, hybrid servo motors through a single motor interface cable,carrying both motor power and encoder feedback. The N2-IX includes a Controller/Indexer and Digital Driver. Serial communications and IO, as well as processor power are accessed through a High Density DB15 connector (SMI).
The 15 pin SMI interface includes 7 I/O, all of which support both LVTTL and analog signals, and one of which also supports 0 to 10v analog input. Communication is available via RS-485 serial.
